18 MLA Verdict & Setback!!!

August 25th 2018 morning 10.31 am Justice sathya narayanan Uphelds the 18 MLA Disqualification case; Suprises everywhere across All camps where everyone predicted the verdict will favor Disqualified MLA's; However the Judgement was a complete surprise.

EPS/OPS faction Cadres rejoiced & Celebrated the verdict acrossTamilnadu bursting crackers & Distributing sweets calling it their Victory without understanding the nature of verdict & Consequences of the verdict. It is the one EPS/OPS awaited expecting to disqualify MLA's prove majority: However when you take a clsoer look you can understand it is only a Temporary Relief to Ruling party. Now that Byelection has to be convened across all 20 constituencies.

Let's Assume If The verdict favoured 18 MLA's; the counter measures by EPS faction would have been
1. Trying to poach few MLA's
2. Move to SC; Buy time & Make another Delay
3. Get stay on Confidence motion etc.


"A good leader always sees the Bad in the Good & Goods in the Bad".  Whereas #TTVDhinakaran should have anticipated the verdict. Since even If the Verdict favoured #18MLAs EPS/OPS would have Immediately Knocked SC & Bought time; Delaying the case. Now since the MLA's are Disqualified there is no option left for EPS/OPS but to Face & Win Byelections to sustain the Government. Besides having Huge Public momentum TTV has no Pressure to Win; All he has to do is make sure EPS/OPS don't win. There is a huge Difference between Winning & doing everything to prevent our competitor's win.

#TTVDhinakaran After the verdict met the medias with his brand smile & Calmness; The same enthusiasm. Meanwhile EPS/OPS thinking they have defeated #TTVDhinakaran were celebrating it. TTV clearly exposed his political maturity by then He said "There is no setback in Politics, It's all about experience". Morever He was ready to make the most out of every possible Outcome. In Politics everytime everything doesn't happen as expected: But Political smartness is all about making the most of any possible outcome.

Now with two options left for TTV & his MLA's

1. Fight legally in Supreme (SC) citing yeddyurappa's case where Highcourts withheld the judgement, SC reversed the disqualification of MLA.
2.  Take the Injustice to Public forum & Meet Byelections.

Whereas The Ruling party cannot Deny byelections citings silly reasons like DMK's Case & Monsoon to postpone Byelections; They aren't ready to face any byelections as of now when they aren't ready to face 2(thiruvarur, Thiruparankundram) How come they Fight 20 across Tamilnadu. Moreover the internal Party clash within EPS & OPS Might effect right from Candidate selection to Appointing Booth agents. It's going to be real tough. However legally If SC decides to reverse judgement it would be a early Celebration & Back fire; If SC decides to stick to the verdict, They will have to face the byelections. Either way it is headache for EPS/OPS faction

Elections or Binding legally, it is advantage to MLA's How can it be a setback for TTV Dhinakaran or AMMK. If you see on a longer run:You sense the verdict has just bought time for ruling Party to loot some more time. End of the Day; It Isn't a Defeat to #TTVDhinakaran If you take a closer look you can understand OPS/EPS faction have postponed their Defeat; Meanwhile #TTVDhinakaran's Victory has been Delayed.
